Jaime is amazing! Her package for selling our home was AMAZING offering all kinds of pictures and digital imaging even with a virtual walk through to show buyers (even those who couldn’t be here in town to see it with their own eyes) how lovely and roomy our home was! She helped us decide how to stage the home and suggested ways to make it show even better to ensure a good sell. She had a plethora of businesses to recommend to help with this process as well. During the selling process she composed a spreadsheet of all offers and went through every single offer to help us decide which was best. When I was ready to buy another home, she took me to see multiple homes on different days and used the time driving to get to know more about me, my family and what our future needs might be so that I made a good decision for our next home purchase. I ended up going with a new build of which I was able to pick a lot of the finishes and she helped me w that whole process too. She took the time to meet w me at the property during the build several times to ensure things were formed and installed as I had intended. She worked with the builder on my behalf so that I could focus on my career and family. She worked with my mortgage company and closing agency to ensure that end of the process was handled correctly and timely so that we could move in our new home as soon as possible. During this whole process (roughly 6 months from selling our original home to closing on our new home) , she never once failed to meet my needs though she had her own family obligations from funerals to children’s sporting events out of town and even handled issues on her family vacations. Time was of the essence due to divorce for me and she never once made me feel less than a top priority even though she had other clients and was a top producer in volume and sales those months! Jaime and her team were amazing and I would hands down recommend to everyone I know and I look forward to doing business with her in the future. Jaime is your realtor! Whether you are buying or selling she will get the job done! I had the pleasure of meeting her as soon as she got her license and I knew. . This woman was gonna be great! and I WAS NOT WRONG! If you want a fast sell Call Jaime! There was an issue after we had a contract on our house Within 3 weeks ... Jaime stood right by me...I had to get the mayor involved to resolve my issue...Jaime never quit! She even emailed and called him on my behalf! She fought for me not only as a realtor but as a friend and got the problem fixed ! She never quit! The house I bought needed the carpet cleaned..Stainmaster still under warranty.. When she found. out warranty wasn't going to cover it. She went to bat for me! I got brand new carpet and I picked the color! For all of your real estate needs CALL JAIME!!
